As a subsidiary of SEALSQ CORP (NASDAQ: LAES), based in Grenoble and Toulouse, IC’Alps designs analog and digital integrated circuits (“ASIC-Application Specific Integrated Circuit”) for medical applications, as well as for the automotive, security, and other markets. Your missions

Reporting to the Group Chief Financial Officer and working closely with the company General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability of financial information, regulatory compliance, and the overall financial and administrative performance of the company.
Your main responsibilities will include:

Accounting & Financial Close

  • Oversee general and subledger accounting under French GAAP.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
  • Prepare statutory financial statements and tax filings.
  • Coordinate with statutory auditors and manage statutory audits.
  • Develop and enhance the company’s accounting tools (Business Central), aligned with Group requirements and operational needs (transition to electronic invoicing, invoicing software implementation, etc.).

Group Reporting & US GAAP

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages for the Nasdaq-listed Group.
  • Lead the conversion from French GAAP to US GAAP in coordination with Group Finance.
  • Ensure compliance with Group reporting deadlines and internal control requirements.
  • Support Group audits and contribute to consolidated financial documentation.

Tax & R&D Tax Credit (CIR)

  • Manage corporate tax matters (corporate income tax, VAT, local taxes, etc.).
  • Oversee and secure the French R&D Tax Credit (Crédit Impôt Recherche – CIR) in collaboration with R&D teams and external advisors.
  • Manage tax audits and relationships with tax authorities.
  • Monitor regulatory developments in accounting and taxation.

Controlling & Performance Management

  • Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting.
  • Analyze variances and monitor R&D and project-related costs.
  • Develop relevant financial and operational KPIs.
  • Support Executive Management in strategic decision-making and investment analysis.

Treasury & Administration

  • Manage cash flow and optimize working capital.
  • Maintain relationships with banking and financial partners.
  • Oversee key administrative contracts (insurance, service providers, etc.).
  • Supervise the accounting team.

Profile and experience

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent (e.g., DSCG, Master CCA, Business School).
  • Approximately 10 years of professional experience, ideally including:
    • An initial experience in an audit firm.
    • A finance leadership role within a SME or subsidiary of an international group.
  • Strong knowledge of French accounting and tax regulations.
  • Solid understanding of the French R&D Tax Credit framework (CIR).
  • Experience with Group reporting and demanding closing processes.
  • Knowledge of US GAAP required.
  • Professional fluency in English.

Contract terms

  • Employment contract: permanent contract (CDI)
  • Location: Grenoble
  • Salary: €60,000 to €70,000
