An Administrative & Finance Manager (W/M)

As a subsidiary of SEALSQ CORP (NASDAQ: LAES), based in Grenoble and Toulouse, IC’Alps designs analog and digital integrated circuits (“ASIC – Application Specific Integrated Circuit”) for medical applications, as well as for the automotive, security, and other markets.

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Administrative & Finance Manager to join our team in Grenoble and play a key role in supporting the company’s performance and development.

The Role

Reporting to the International Accounting Manager and working closely with the General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability of financial information, regulatory compliance, and the overall financial and administrative performance of the company.

You will operate in an international environment and serve as a key business partner supporting strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Financial Close

  • Oversee and participate in general and subledger accounting under French GAAP.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
  • Prepare statutory financial statements and tax filings.
  • Coordinate statutory audits and manage relationships with external auditors.
  • Lead the migration from Sage 100 to Business Central in alignment with Group requirements.
  • Manage the implementation of electronic invoicing and invoicing software solutions.

 

Group Reporting & US GAAP

  • Coordinate reporting activities with Group Finance and contribute to monthly and quarterly reporting packages.
  • Support the transition from French GAAP to US GAAP.
  • Ensure compliance with Group reporting deadlines and internal control requirements, including SOX compliance.
  • Support Group audits and consolidated financial reporting activities.

 

Tax & R&D Tax Credit (CIR)

  • Manage all corporate tax matters, including corporate income tax, VAT, and local taxes.
  • Prepare and secure the French R&D Tax Credit (CIR) in collaboration with R&D teams and external advisors.
  • Coordinate tax audits and relationships with tax authorities.
  • Monitor developments in accounting and tax regulations.

 

Controlling & Performance Management

  • Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting.
  • Analyze financial performance and monitor R&D and project-related costs.
  • Develop and track relevant financial and operational KPIs.
  • Support Executive Management in strategic decision-making and investment analysis.

 

Treasury & Administration

  • Prepare monthly cash flows and optimize working capital.
  • Manage relationships with banking and financial partners.
  • Oversee key administrative contracts and service providers.
  • Manage and support the accounting team.

Your Profile

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Approximately 10 years of professional experience, ideally including experience in an audit firm and a finance leadership role within an SME or international group subsidiary.
  • Strong knowledge of French accounting and tax regulations.
  • Solid understanding of the French R&D Tax Credit (CIR) framework.
  • Experience with Group reporting and demanding financial closing processes.
  • Knowledge of US GAAP is considered a strong asset.
  • Professional fluency in English is essential.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
