Application Specific Integrated Circuit\u201d) for medical applications, as well as for the automotive, security, and other markets.<\/p><p>As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Administrative &amp; Financial Close<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Oversee and participate in general and subledger accounting under French GAAP.<\/li><li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.<\/li><li>Prepare statutory financial statements and tax filings.<\/li><li>Coordinate statutory audits and manage relationships with external auditors.<\/li><li>Lead the migration from Sage 100 to Business Central in alignment with Group requirements.<\/li><li>Manage the implementation of electronic invoicing and invoicing software solutions.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Group Reporting &amp; US GAAP<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Coordinate reporting activities with Group Finance and contribute to monthly and quarterly reporting packages.<\/li><li>Support the transition from French GAAP to US GAAP.<\/li><li>Ensure compliance with Group reporting deadlines and internal control requirements, including SOX compliance.<\/li><li>Support Group audits and consolidated financial reporting activities.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Tax &amp; R&amp;D Tax Credit (CIR)<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Manage all corporate tax matters, including corporate income tax, VAT, and local taxes.<\/li><li>Prepare and secure the French R&amp;D Tax Credit (CIR) in collaboration with R&amp;D teams and external advisors.<\/li><li>Coordinate tax audits and relationships with tax authorities.<\/li><li>Monitor developments in accounting and tax regulations.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Controlling &amp; Performance Management<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting.<\/li><li>Analyze financial performance and monitor R&amp;D and project-related costs.<\/li><li>Develop and track relevant financial and operational KPIs.<\/li><li>Support Executive Management in strategic decision-making and investment analysis.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Treasury &amp;
